Our story
Maison Cocoa was born in the cocoa country of Affery, in the La Mé region of south-eastern Côte d'Ivoire — home to the COOP-CA-ECAAF cooperative. What began as a commitment to better beans has grown into a single-origin house that follows the cocoa from the farm all the way to finished chocolate.
We begin fermentation within forty-eight hours — the difference between ordinary cocoa and a clean single origin.
